2 - clothes are so white when you wash them with surf putih (does it have the same meaning in our language? white?) that the doctor can analyze xray results on the nurse's uniform instead of using an observation board lit with fluorescent bulbs.
3 - not exactly sure what the product is. but i think it makes knees so strong that the two old men can support a table without legs while playing chess
