There's a "commercial" cookware store near Jaidah flyover (going towards Muntaza from the flyover it is on your right). It has a big yellow sign and is one block before the next set of lights (sorry, can't remember the name - I think it's The New House or something like that). It has restaurant quality stainless steel pots and pans and some teflon if I remember correctly.

It also has lots of dishes - mostly white, like what is used in many restaurants.
