britexpat--Average expats don't spend their afternoons in Kightsbridge shopping at Harrods, and anybody in London with the means equivalent to these guys are either at the country house or somewhere on the continent in the summer!

I wonder how the Arabs are mixing with the Russians in London. I suppose they are all neighbors now.
