better buy something in your own country, no matter what country it is, it's still better than to invest in qatar.
First of all, why to buy for such ridiculous prices? Instead of 1 BR "apartment" in Pearl, which is rather tiny little box, quality of which will turn out to be sucks anyway, I'd better buy huge house with huge backyard plus some fancy car in my country, for same money...
