That nobody can know. One compnay might have quota for your nationality and position, another company might not have. If you got an offer from this Real estate company where your friend works, they have to apply for quota of your nationality (unless they have it already), and then you will see whether it is approved or not. Also, you menationed your friend is working 4 years. 4 years ago situation with sudanese visas was different, and it might have nothing to do with the particular Company. Even though, this is true that one company gets approve for some nationality, whilst another one gets refused for the same nationality.
