Enforcement of the no-cohabitation rule seems to depend a lot on your accommodation. Do you have a door man? Does he make visitors register their visits or not? If you live in a compound, do the guards register visitors? I would not try such a visit if living in Ezdan Towers or a similar (horribly run) accommodation.
