If he is quite young you can tell him that God blessed Mum & Dad with a baby. The safest place would be Mummy's tummy so the baby could have food and energy for growth.

If detailed questions are asked try to answer along the same line of thought. Although it may be uncomfortable, do not avoid answering the question.
