I am with Olive here. Also, this is not a solution to prevent rape in general, I also do not think it is meant as that. It is a device that may help a little.
What has not been mentioned though is this...what about girls being upset with their potential ,chosen, mates using it as a means for revenge etc?
I mean in a country where some people believe raping babies is a means of curing HIV, anything can happen!
