tried to go there a couple of times but i never got around to eating there for one reason or another and ended up at the nearby kfc instead so i don't know about the service. it's pure injustice to see a faux chinese fast food joint pretending to be a real restaurant here by charging those ridiculous prices for the kind of food they serve just because some people get to order at their tables and their kitchen area looks like it is a real chinese restaurant. maybe because i know just how much they cost back home and i can't help but convert. but really, what's the big deal? we all queue up back home.

you can always get authentic filipino food elsewhere at good value for money. filipino staff at other fast food outlets are usually nice to kabayans. sometimes, i even get free meal upgrades, additional servings, or they advise cheap meal combos you can order but are not on the published menu so you can save money when you're nice to them too.
