As far as I know,almost all Airlines will have only some senior staff at Airport Ground handling and remaining Ground staff are from Qatar Aviation Services at Check in counters and Almaha services are the one who does Ground services.

Regarding Cabin Crew all Airlines recruit from their respective head quarters,some airlines do recruit from other places for that try to check at Airline websites directly.
