no neeed to go back to Philippines.Your relatives can do it for you. just send him the authorization latter together with your expired NBI(ORIGINAL NOT THE COPY),your ID picture. He can renew it in less than an hour.If you need it at work here .let him authenticate/red ribbon it at the DFA,Manila together with another authorization address at their office,it will take 1 week only.
