Al Shaher was introduced to me by my flatmates who, for several years now have tried the services of this cargo company. Should they have complaints, they would have not referred this cargo company to me. Mind you, I have tried almost all other cargo companies here and most of them have given me headaches and troubles. Most of them have little or have no idea at all on how to deal with customers. But my experiences with Al Shaher were great! All the dates they have committed that my cargo will reach destination were met. The people who answer inquiries are very respectful and accommodating as well. They make you feel like you are a very important customer and you can feel their sincerity when they speak to you.
Let's admit it, sometimes when our expectations are not met, we become disappointed and easily become frustrated as well. We immediately call and confront the service provider and demand for an explanation. We normally become irritable and refuse to accept explanation. It's a human factor.
It is not fair to say though that because of that (isolated) incident you are advising others to transfer or boycott them. If a customer wishes to have his cargo delivered immediately he must use a courier who charges 100 times a cargo company collects.
