We are working on reducing the balance sms' to one consolidated sms. At the moment you receive a few messages because we send you each bundle you have so you have all the information. We are also working on our self-care function on our website in which you will be able to check your balance and change plans.

Please let me know what your issue with the call centre champions is and i will find out what happened.
