I've driven my A4 across middle east/ Doha-Riyadh
Riyadh-AbuDhabi, Riyadh Jeddah, Riyadh Medina, Riyadh Bahrain .. several times and it never failed me.
(you need paint protection though, for sandy eastern areas)

smooth, dependable ride so no problem in Middle East Environment.

for Service SAMACO/Saudi Arabia has got huge service shops with AUDI germany certified staff, very talented, capable and friendly. I'm no so impressed with Saadbuzwair/Ali bin Ali quality and service speed.

Its expensive yes. They've charged me for my 60k Kms major service about 7000Riyals .. but in the end it has a new car again.

I won't sell it for any cost .. but you are right, the resale is not even comparable to toyota or honda
