We have 2 types of accounts you can use. RED and FREEDOM.
On both accounts you select the amount of money you wish to spend by choosing one of our Plans. Flexi 35, 55,110,220,330 and 550. Each plan offers different free value along with the amount you pay. If you are on a FREEDOM account you pay for your Flexi and then use the phone. When you reach a zero balance (or after 30 days) we will replenish you from your bank account or credit card, whichever one you choose to use. RED is a prepay system and when you reach zero you top up again by buying a RED top up card. If you have any more questions you can call us on 111.
