I'm sorry that you had a bad experience there. I've been there twice and thoroughly enjoyed the food both times. The first time, I had lamb chops and found them juicy and tender and not at all gamey as lamb can be. The last time I had a ribeye and it was perfectly cooked (I also prefer medium rare). So, it seems that either I lucked out both times or, perhaps, you just went on a bad night.
