You have made a valid point , that there are not much Qataris now passionate about football. Well, it haven’t been this way always. Back in the 70's, 80’s & early 90’s each & every match on both the heir prince& Emir league was fully populated by locals. Some Qataris don’t have that passion anymore because nearly 70% of players( if not more) aren’t Qataris.
But I think this perspective will also change in the upcoming years with the emerge of Aspire students who are raised to be athletics
