MB have read your and both Jeses latest post few times no doubt, all agree, if time and money permit, people would opt for ideal university environment, they word being time as well, since majority of folks here are full time working with families to support.
As far ACCA, CMA etc, these are undoubtedly valuable but a CV with MBA and CMA e.g. would be far better than professional qualification alone.
Also you are missing the point that MBA is not only for finance people with your idea of being able to do CPA e.g. vs MBA, we have people in marketing, general manamgnet, purchasing, logistics, even in techinal positions who benefit from MBA
Why don't you share with us the details of good learning options while living in Doha, that generally benefit all.
