what happen to duncheski. I am having the same problem now. Actually it happens last December 22, 2009. I came from Qube with 4 of my friends have a drink there. Then when we decided to go home around 1:30am I can feel that I can still drive as I know my self very well. So off we go... tried to find some food to eat first before going home. At that time Orient Express is close already. It happen that they don't open 24 hours anymore. So I continue driving going to Markhiya R/A we decided to just eat in Burger King. It happens that there is checkpoint in Markhiya R/A that time and the police are stopping every car that are passing. The police ask me where did we came from and I told them from Qube. He ask me if I am drunk I said no.. I am going home actually. Then he ask me to leave the car and check everything in the car. He ask my friend to leave and I waited with them. Then they bring me to Madinath Khalif police station stayed there for 2 hours before sending me on blood testing clinic then to the Capital Prison near MP Traders/Crazy Signal. I stayed there for more than 24 hours before sending me to Prosecutors Office. There they ask me what happen and told them the same and I paid 1,000QR.
Yesterday, I receive a call from them and they said I have to attend a hearing in Shariya Court on a specified date. I just wonder weather this kind of violation/case is handled by a Shariya Court. And what could be my punishment for this violation?
