Thanks for your quick response and sorry not to be clearer - he currently sells consumer and business software through retailers in Qatar (not sure which ones). He sells in several countries around the globe and has added websites to help sell his products in certain countries, but wasn't sure if this option would be a worthwhile in Qatar.
