The reason you are getting 5 sms when you check your balance is because you are receiving your Free 300mb balance, your Free 2010 mins balance, Freedom balance and Freedom free mins balance. You also get RED free mins and amounts because you used RED cards. There is an issue with recharges at the moment but if you have called 111 to let them know you are having an issue you should receive a balance today. Using RED cards on a Freedom account will cause an issue when your RED balance falls below 0.40 QR. You will have to call the call centre to have this fixed.
