I've been in your situation many times before, but have become an expert now, once I've started to sense I'm going to get bored, I take up something new and challenging.
Since I know you're relatively new in the workforce, I can only advise you to take self-help/improvement courses. They're not only fun and meaningful for yourself and career, but you get to socialize and meet nice decent people too.
