Actually 2x I've encountered indian beggars here in Qatar (one near Dasman Najma and another one near souq Waqif) on both occassions the person was showing me some kind of wounds with pus on their arm. But I'm not convinced because I suspect that these are only some clever prosthetics. So I told them please go to your embassy.
