If I organize this with the guys i know then it will be money collected on the spot from those that show up. either before we head out to the camp site or after. The tour guys will provide the 4x4 with some dune bashing if required, the stage for the dancing or just on the sands depending on the crowd, the tents to laze around etc.
james_w the place will be decided later, but mostly these guys go to the same location as they have their permanent camp set up there. We can discuss this matter later.
So in such a case people just need to show up with their own supplies and pay the fees. Rest will be taken care of.
Best time to do this would be a Thursday evening. Leave doha by 5.00pm by the time we reach camp its gonna be 7.00pm, party goes on till 3.00am and then the drive back home.
Since Dj bong has his own lights, sounds, and generator that will also save us on the cost. let me find out details and i'll update ya all :)
