Two ways we can work on this. One is if we go through a tour operator (i know a few of them personally) they will arrange for everything to be set up..the DJ just has to show up :P This however might fall a bit expensive coz they will have their safari cost which will include food and drinks (non alcoholic) around Qr.150-250 per person depending on how much i can negotiate with the organizers.
Two, we ask the tour operator to just arrange the 4x4's to take us to the spot and then we arrange our own food drinks,generators etc. This could work out cheaper.
And THREE...we just arrange everything ourselves from 4x4's to generators and everything else in between.
