Karwa doesn't take any action to their drivers. how many times it happens and sometimes even if they are free they will selecting customer either or ask you first where to go. how come this kind of bad attitude/situation couldn't resolve by the managment of KARWA. where are those beautiful image that they are talking about transportation.
