I did not want to mention but it can easly understand somebody becoming member just to make advertising of his company and giving fear like saying '' they can report a case" ,its not kind and good way...
If you want to make advertisement of your company just be honest and listen your customers comments it will give you a right way...
by the way i cant see any relation between hotel-restaurant and courier service or did DHL open any hotel :)
