you need to go the department in Al wabb..fill one form (form is in english), 2 photos, copy of RP and attach copy of the passport (including all pages showing stamps of exit and entry in qatar)..fees is QR 12..dats it..you will get it in 2 weeks..i got it last month for the same purpose.
