The PLAN is to have 1st phase (Terminal A and B) construction works completed by June 2011. Then it takes about 6 months until you can call it completion of phase one.
BIG PLAN is to have the opening of first part of the airport on Qatar National Day 2011. Enshallah...
The FULL completion? Probably not many people can say. I heard about 2015.
