as I said earlier, he had enough reason to be prosecuted under these penal codes but as i said earleir ther are many such creature there r thriving in the name of freedom of expression, which some like & some doesn't.
I reiterate, govt of India did nothing, rather protected his rights;

It's his wish if he's living in Dubai, and as I know he's still in touch with india, selling paintings, being honored (yes some organization it sometime back), being interview & watched, friends visiting n so on.....!
