@ Xena: I am asking about QU, or any other univeristy. Dont think all lecturer are Qataris because I dont think there are enough Qatari PhD holder to cover the demand ..especially in the scientific depts (e.g. Engineering,IT,Pharm). have alook at this link,none of the requirments states that you have to b qatari to apply.
