no need to worry about it ...it is just 5 minutes job..charges are QR 100 ..you can go to immigration office they will cancel RP from old passport and paste on the new passport..thats it. if you go like this then there wont be any problem here in Qatar but you will face problem in Phili....do transfer it before you leave...
