it's a trick that's been tried and tested on me and my sis by our parents ;-) keeping us awake during the day was not by force,though.we were just kept extra busy.they used to play with us or allow us to watch extra TV or take us out in the afternoon to the park.so by 7:30pm or 8pm,all we wanted was to hit the bed :-D and then it was just them by themselves for the rest of the evening ;-) planning to imbibe the same in my life too :-D he he!
