Spinning my own theories??!?? Look who's talking! Yes some of the kids had parents, but they were all in a refugee camp starving. This was an Aid group who honestly probably thought they were doing the right thing and unfortunately now are being prosecuted for not filing the proper papers. It's a stupid mistake but not a malicious one.
