let me educate you - As long as the road infrastructure is such that traffic congestion is a problem, there will always be a strong preference to live and work in one place over the other. Certain areas will be far more desireable such that one can be close to work and home.
Who would want to live out past Villagio for example, when your work is say near the airport? Your talking about hours sopen in your car daily to commute that.
That situation would make living near to your work far more desirable.
