olive he didn't actually bring 4 witnesses, he just used a part of Shariaa law, which states that he who can't find 4 witnesses, should swear to god in front of the judge 4 times that his wife is adultrous, and fifth that he would be condemned in hell if he was a liar, and the wife also will be asked to do the same, which she did in our case, but the judge accepted the husband's request not to name the last daughter after him, and because the women has no idea about the law in qatar (means she didn't have a lawer:S) she lost her right in repeal.
