ooh i just realized why so many replies and why you didnot send a mail ;-)
here goes the steps to troubleshoot
open a commandprompt
start> all programs> accessories> comand prompt
then type "ipconfig " without the quotes and press enter
note down the following
IP address , subnetmask, gateway

then type this
"ping 69.147.76.15" again without the quotes
copy and paste the result
