It has nothing to do with allowing a woman to move with her family... Why on the earth let's say girl's brother would move with her to Doha, since she is the one who got an offer?? Or how on the earth the girl's elderly father could help her with bearing the rent fees?? what a nonsense..
the solution is simple: either provide expats population with affordable accommodation, or stop implementing the laws which are impossible to follow..
