Look in the other thread, western man cannot find sharing accommodation.. for western female it's even harder!!! I would say chances are next to zero.. so as i said, until this bad situation with accommodation is existing in Qatar, it is unethical to demand following some mythical law, which is impossible to observe..
..You can not force pedestrians to cross the road only at pedestrian crossings, and do not build these pedestrian crossings! It is nonsense.. First you have to build them, then to implement the law..
