She should apply for the MoH Exams conducted by NHA...they conduct the exams probably twice a year. You can get the forms from their office. After passing the exam & Oral test, she would be eligible to work for any private hospital/clinic or run her own clinic. She can visit the hospitals/clinics around the city for direct submission of her resume.Better to talk directly to the concerned person in any institution.
