i never even mentioned about a response here..

responding is all upto the victim.. he had his options..
leave his car right there and call the cops, and many more! it would have been his own instinct, he could have even hit him back.
this unresponsiveness only gives that rascal the license to manhandle another victim.

Why do you people think that there is no justice here or in the Gulf? Its a different thing if you dont have time to seek justice, when all you can think about is losing a days salary if you run behind getting "justice".!
