The service staff at both Sushi Minto and Biella were very pleasant and attentive. That is what is so sad about it all. the staff still puts the customer first even though they don't get any of the service charge.
We always tip approx 10% above the service charge to the waitress when we hear that they don't get a share of the service charge.
