3. Gratuity not less than 3 weeks pay/per year of service. also the fractions of the year should be computed after 1 year service (for example 8 years, 6 months, 15 days =179 days)
4. Ticket - sometimes it is included if ticket entitlement was not consumed.(depends on company)
or if u finished ur contract & ur going home, they will shoulder your repatriation ticket.
