If lady drivers (as a group) drive badly - why are there so many accidents and fatalities in Saudi Arabia - where women are not allowed to drive?

I would be interested to see "real" statistics on who is involved in the majority of traffic accidents (even on a per capita gender basis) worldwide. I don't know what the results would be but it would be informative.
