Like Dracula said, buy, dont rent...but for that price, you can go to Obeidly (in Sofitel)...but i think they have older cars. Some running alright but i would avoid them. They do have some good prices on the newer cars though.

Just dont rent from Petra. They have lousy cars and they rip their clients off. The charge their credit cards without consent and then refuse to help settle the issue.
