If you have completed your probation period then the normal resignation procedure will follow. Check the probation clause if there any extension period. If so, employer will ask you for money. If not, nothing to worry,u can resign. But if you exit the country b4 annual leave, u will have to buy the ticket from your pocket.

If you are not allowed to resign or given an exit, just approach the labor department with a copy of your contract and copy of your resignation letter which you have already submitted. They will help you to leave the country.

Beware.... If you r not given an NOC, then the 2 year ban is applicable in your case.
