Buddy, go through your contract, signed and agreed between you and your employer. Read thoroughly the clauses especially the "Termination of Contract".
In normal course, either party can terminate the contract with 1 to 7days notice subject to the terms and conditions specified on the contract.
If you terminate the contract within the probation period, you will have to pay a lump sum amount to the employer towards the cost of visa, medical, and other expenses if any. Also you will have to buy the ticket from your pocket. However the employer has no right to hold u back but can ban you for 2 years without providing an NOC.
