and to answer that question....i don't spend time at work talking over the fone,or chatting online or talking with colleagues or wandering around or sitting in the cafeteria.it's just me at the PC from 7:30 am till 3pm.so i have plenty of time before,during and after work to spend on QL.guess that explains why many others don't have much time.
