Thank You for your reply. One of my friends went to Qatar and he had the same problem (his fathers' name also added with his name). Later when he had applied for USA visa, they asked him lot of questions why he has two different name. I do not like to face that problem in future. Thats' why I asked them to reapply. However, my wife's visa is ok and does not include her father's name.
