yeah, i wasnt on duty when the guest checked in.. for 8 years im working in hotel also. One thing i must credit to my supervisor back in PH was, No Payment, No Extension... for damage control. This is the same words in bold letters i wrote, with my endorsements. But they didnt listened. Our manager believed with the flowery words of the guest.
